$45.00 per hour.
$3.00 for any carton 50 lbs. and over or exceeding 36" in any dimension. This is one time charge per delivery.
$22.00 per hour/$5.50 per 15 minutes or part of. This charge is for any time spent by driver waiting for pickups or deliveries.
We have added a Fuel Surcharge on each of our deliveries, please know that we only added this charge due to rising costs in fuel prices.
